About the Event
Join us for this fitness colab in Lihue at Megaformer Kauai's Studio at Kukui Grove. This will be a progressive session, opening with complimentary (for LEI Members) Megaformer Class taught by Melissa at 1:30, followed by a roundtable social + connection time at 2:00pm.
Bridget of Sol Vae will be sharing about her sustainable journey and product development. Second session of classes will kick off at 2:30pm. RSVP Below and select which fitness class you would like to attend and if you plan to join us for the gathering!
