Know Your Why
Why did you start your business? What drives you to continue your business? This is the introductory class where we will set the context for the next 12 weeks, get to know everyone who is on this journey with you, and possibly begin to discover new reasons to take your business/career to the next level.
Defining SUCCESS
The true definition of success depends on who is in charge of defining it. Learn the difference between motivation and inspiration, and which of the two propels you forward. This class may assist you in discovering your strengths and weaknesses, or provide more clarity in the areas of your business that you can put more focus on.
the MAP to Success
Where do you want to focus first? Is it providing so much value to your customers/clients that your competition can't compete? Are you looking to streamline, automate, or create more efficiencies within your organization to minimize costs/time and maximize profits? Time to build or polish up that map. We will look at various ways and aides to create a visual map.
Building the FOUNDATION for the Next Phase
As a business owner, you may be pulled in many directions at once, constantly putting out "fires" and juggling things that don't pertain to moving your business forward. Taking what you may have discovered in the first three courses, we will pick out the major "rocks" that will be the foundation to take your business to the next level.
The Clock is Ticking, What TIME is it?
We will spend time in this session supporting each other in coming up with an action plan and timeline. "When you think about something, it is an idea. When you talk about that idea, it is a possibility. When you schedule it, now it is real." - Tony Robbins
Integration and ACTION
After 12 weeks, we got a lot done! We will keep the momentum going by solidifying the action plan, timeline, and integrating that in to the next few weeks/months.
