About the Event
An outdoor adventure to honor the shifting of the seasons to when the days begin to grow longer. This adventure includes a beach hike and an outdoor location for a guided yoga session.

- Shoes for Hiking

- Head Lamp
- Lanterns
- Swimsuit/Towel
- Open Heart
Yoga Session begins around sunset and return hike will be by headlamp.
