About the event
Join us for a hike to the Mahaulepu labyrinth where we will do an all-levels Vinyasa Flow practice and guided meditation by local yoga instructor Yuki Reiss. This adventure, on the eve of Solstice, will be a perfect transition into the summer season - embracing mindfulness, fun and getting out to enjoy the longest day of the year! A picnic dinner featuring locally made foods by Kauai boss babes is included.
We will meet at 6:00pm sharp at the trailhead next to CJM stables to begin our hike - See you there!
